Butterfly FX LLC uses UPS or FedEx for all orders.
We will dispatch your order within 3 - 5 working days. It can take up to 3 working days after dispatch for you to receive your order.
If you require goods for a specific date, please contact us and we will try to arrange this for you. Please note that there will be an additional cost for expedited deliveries.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We aim to ship orders placed before 3pm EST Monday to Friday on the same day, however, we cannot guarantee this.
Our courier partners may not be able to call you on arrival so please ensure that you provide a delivery address where the shipment can be received during business hours.
We’re unable to deliver during holidays so please allow an extra working day across these busy periods.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer to refund or exchange products unless they are faulty or damaged.

What should I do if I purchased my item in a local store?
We regret we cannot offer returns for any items purchased in a store. For items purchased from a local store please return to the place of purchase and follow their return policy.
RETURNING DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Butterfly FX wants to make sure you that are happy with the order you placed through our online store, butterflyfxglitter.com, and we back that up with our return policies. If your purchase arrives to you damaged, you must contact us within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Our returns are processed within 7-10 working days from when they arrive back to us. They will be assessed and accepted if they are deemed as faulty or damaged.
If deemed faulty or damaged, you may choose to receive a replacement item or to receive a full refund for your purchase.
If you choose to receive a replacement item, your item will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
If you chose a refund in lieu of a replacement item, any refunds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-21 working days (Please note that refund times are dictated by the credit card issuers and are outside our control). This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning your faulty products please include the invoice with the details of the products you are returning and enclose a detailed note with your returned item.
Butterfly FX LLC will refund shipping cost on a returned item only if it is deemed faulty. *Only standard shipping rates apply to this policy
Please always include a convenient telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you regarding your return. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office with a tracking number. We are responsible for your package only once it has been received into our care. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
You should be able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order, but sometimes our warehouse is really quick at getting the orders out the door and they could have already dispatched it to you, if this is the case we would be unable to cancel it. However, you can return the package to us for a full refund as long as the mailing package remains unopened.
